September Book - Mme Proust and the Kosher Kitchen

I have selected Mme Proust and the Kosher Kitchen by Kate Taylor from the Book Club Sets at Toronto Public Library. I will pick up the copies from the Library and bring them along to our next meeting.

Next Meeting - August 25th (Social!)

Thanks to Bev for hosting last night's meeting, with our small but enthusiastic group. It was an interesting and amusing book which I thoroughly enjoyed reading.

Our next meeting is Thursday, August 25th and is a social meeting. So far the biggest idea is to see a movie. If you have another suggestion, feel free to let me or everyone know. Otherwise, we will be picking the movie the weekend beforehand. "Former" members are also welcome!

I am hosting the September meeting and will pick the book shortly. I am just trying to decide between a few recommended by Robert Adams at his last talk. Or maybe I will try out the Toronto Public Library book club offerings. Stay tuned!
